Cancellation policy

Montx Club Annual Membership — $150

Montx Club membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Membership is personal to the purchaser, non-transferable, and may not be shared with any other person.

Membership fees are non-refundable once membership has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

Membership benefits, features, events, and offerings may be added, modified, suspended, or removed at any time at our reasonable discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without a refund where we reasonably believe that a member has:

• Breached our Terms of Service;

• Engaged in fraudulent activity; or

• Misused their membership benefits.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, annual memberships do not automatically renew.

Montx Product Subscription — $23.99 Every Two Months

The Montx product subscription includes one Montx product delivered every two months.

Subscriptions are billed before each scheduled shipment using the payment method selected at checkout.

Subscribers may pause, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Any cancellation, pause, or skip request received after billing has occurred will apply to the following billing cycle.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled. However, eligible purchases may qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee or Returns Policy, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice, as permitted by applicable law.

An active Montx product subscription includes complimentary access to the Montx Club for the duration of the active subscription. Complimentary Club access will end if the subscription is cancelled or remains paused beyond any applicable grace period.

A failed payment may result in the subscription being suspended or cancelled until payment has been successfully processed.

Submitting a refund request under our Money-Back Guarantee or Returns Policy does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future deliveries and charges, you must also cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date.

Montx One-Off Purchase — $32.99

A one-off purchase includes one Montx product.

This is a single, non-recurring purchase.

One-off purchases do not include Montx Club membership or any recurring subscription benefits.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee or Returns Policy, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted.

Ownership of and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
