Thank you for placing a pre-order with MONTX. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve your MONTX before it is available for immediate shipment. Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order.

Shipping

Our current estimated shipping window is 2–3 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Orders may ship earlier or later depending on production, freight, customs, quality control, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know.

Priority Fulfillment

Pre-orders are fulfilled before inventory is made available for general sale. Orders are generally shipped in the order they are received.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your pre-order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
